*Please note that all approved grants are reviewed by the law department for compliance with BMS policies and other relevant Legal and Industry guidelines, including Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services (OIG) and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). Also, at any time during the review process, BMS may contact the requester for additional information
